The design combines exposed concrete, full-height glazing and white perforated metal shading screens. Living areas open onto sheltered terraces, with planted balcony edges, garden terraces and a roof terrace.

Planting along the facade.
Planters sit along the balcony edges, with trailing greenery between the white shading screens. Planting continues around the garden terraces and roof.

Sheltered outdoor space.
Deep balconies extend the living spaces outdoors. Perforated metal panels screen the terrace edges, allowing filtered light through while providing shade.

Living rooms open to the terrace.
Full-height sliding glazing connects the living and dining areas to the balconies. Exposed concrete soffits, pale surfaces and slender frames keep the transition between inside and outside simple.
