Living spaces extend onto a pool terrace through sliding glazing recessed into the floor. A freestanding travertine staircase and glass lift connect the levels, with private bedrooms above and leisure and service spaces at street level.
01
Living spaces that open to the pool.
A lounge with fireplace, double-height dining room and separate kitchen occupy the first floor. Sliding glazing connects these rooms to the main pool terrace.
02
Private rooms above the coastline.
Two children’s bedrooms share a living area below the top-floor master suite. The suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and a sea-facing terrace with an outdoor cinema system.
03
Oak, travertine and glass.
White interiors frame natural oak floors and light travertine. Solid stone stair treads sit on a slender metal support. At street level, parking, service rooms and a naturally cooled wine cellar sit behind a playroom, garden and children’s pool.
